Our passes are pretty durable! That said, please don’t bend, perforate, duplicate, hole punch, sucker punch, ingest, expel, or otherwise contort your pass.
Only the original purchaser/registrant can complete replacements. A $50 replacement fee will apply. Ensure you bring your order number and photo ID for replacements onsite at the Box Office/Will Call tent beside gates.
We cannot replace passes that were permanently confiscated due to a violation of House Policies. Please enjoy the festival responsibly.
*Ottawa Bluesfest reserves the right to not approve pass replacements. Each request will be reviewed on a case by case basis prior to any decision being made by festival management.
