House Policies
(Alcohol Sale, Service & Consumption along with Overall Festival Behaviour)
All patrons who wish to purchase, consume or hold alcohol must be at least 19 years of age and must have valid, one-piece, government-issued, photo identification;
Acceptable forms of identification include, (you must provide original identification documents, images of IDs are NOT accepted):
o A valid driver’s license with a photograph
o Ontario Photo Card
o Canadian Passport
o Canadian Citizenship Card with a photograph
o Canadian Armed Forces identification card
o An LCBO BYID photo card;
Individuals demonstrating signs of intoxication will not be allowed to enter or will be refused service and ejected from the establishment. A minor ejected risks the refusal of entry on a further date of the festival by not having their pass reactivated;
No alcoholic beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought onto or removed from the premises;
Staff and management reserve the right to inspect personal effects at any time;
Any personal bag larger than 12” x 12” x 6”, (example of bag size found here) will not be allowed onsite. Diaper bags and bags specifically required for medical purposes will be allowed. Only bags fitting the above-approved criteria will be accepted into the festival. All bags will be searched before entry;
Smoking onsite is prohibited and can be cause for ejection;
Staff and management reserve the right to refuse entry or eject patrons based on clothing or apparel deemed to be inappropriate or offensive;
NO promotional material handouts, no sampling, no posters or stickers etc.;
NO guerrilla marketing;
All cameras with detachable lenses without a photo/media pass, are prohibited on festival grounds and can be cause for refusal of entry or removal from premises; NO Professional photography equipment, video equipment, or audio recording devices without a photo/media pass. Including but not limited to: any detachable zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks), or other commercial equipment;
NO drones or any other remote flying device;
NO iPads, laptops, phones/recording devices larger than 12";
NO GoPro’s;
NO laser pointers or lighting devices;
NO musical instruments, horns, or noise makers;
NO walkie-talkies or professional radio equipment;
NO inflatables of any kind;
The following behaviours are grounds for ejection:
o Rowdiness, violent or aggressive behaviour
o Use or possession of illegal narcotics
o Use of counterfeit currency
o Vandalism or theft
o Showing signs of intoxication
o Engaging in conduct that may cause harm to yourself or others
o Non-compliance with a staff request
o Disobeying any house policy;
No refunds or exchanges of any kind will occur if a patron is ejected based on an action above.
All tickets will be valid for one entrance per day to the festival site. No re-entry privileges are available. This includes multi-day and VIP passes.
We encourage you to review music, lyrics and concert content etc. in advance to determine if children should come with you to the festival or if the environment is suited for you. Not all acts are suitable for all audiences.
Please be aware that shows may feature strobe lights, loud noises, fireworks/pyrotechnics, and other visual and physical stimuli. We encourage patrons who may be adversely affected by these elements to look into the artists' live performances (including audio/video), consult with their doctor if necessary, and plan accordingly.
