* Please note that we will begin reviewing requests on January 5th, 2027. As donated passes are typically fully allocated by end of February each year, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate events taking place between October 2026 and January 2027.
Program Information
Ottawa Bluesfest is proud to support local charitable causes that enrich the community we live and work in. We are a registered non-profit charity with event proceeds going toward music education.
Our ticket donation program is intended to assist local charities with their fundraising efforts, such as silent auction items. Door prizing, staff rewards, giveaways, personal fundraising, and other uses are not permitted. We prefer to donate directly to a charity versus a third-party fundraiser but will make exceptions in cases where the event’s prominence and charitable impact are demonstrated.
Requests are prioritized based on the following:
- benefit to the community as a whole
- alignment with our strategic objectives and mission statement
- partner causes/organizations
- community development and youth
- diversity and inclusion
We receive many donation requests and make every effort to ensure we donate to a diverse group of causes and priorities. We look forward to reviewing your request!
