- My order keeps getting declined. (Tip: do not use any special characters / ensure your billing address & shipping address match EXACTLY what is on your credit card.)
- My credit card charge does not appear. (Tip: log in to your FGT account to see if the order went through.)
- My credit card charge appears more than once. (Tip: log in to your FGT account and check your order history.)
- The amount charged is more than expected. (Tip: log in to your FGT account and check your order history and/or review the purchase receipt that was sent to your email.)
- I received an email indicating my order was cancelled.
