The festival operates under the City of Ottawa and NCC bylaws concerning smoking at special events. As a license holder for sale and service of alcohol, we are required to not permit smoking of any substance(s) at our event, on the festival grounds.
All smoking and cannabis products brought to the festival site must have been purchased legally. Individuals may carry a small, personal amount of cannabis, (under 30 grams).
