Commemorative Item Pickup Information
New for 2026, your commemorative pass/album will be available for pickup at the festival, during festival hours! Please review the pickup details below:
Pickup Location
VIP Upgrades Tent in the Main Bowl (see our site map here: ottawabluesfest.ca/map)
Pickup Hours
5 PM – 10 PM each day of the festival (July 9-12; 15-19)
Pickup Policy
Commemorative items must be picked up in person at the festival during event hours.
POST FESTIVAL PICKUPS!
Our main office, located at 450 Churchill Ave N (3rd floor) will be open on Tuesday, July 21 and Thursday, July 23 for last-minute pickups!
Come by our office between 9 AM - 5 PM. This will be your last opportunity to pick up your commemorative items.
Items not picked up by this time cannot be shipped after the event.
