DURING: The festival Lost and Found is located inside the Canadian War Museum (Atelier "B") and is open during festival dates from 12 PM -11 PM.
Please head there with a description of your cherished possessions and the admin team will be able to assist. You can also call us on festival dates between 12 PM - 11 PM at 613-247-1188.
The Canadian War Museum independently operates a Lost and Found for items found within the Museum. You may be directed there if we cannot locate your item in our collection.

AFTER: If you are still missing an item, feel free to pop by our office (Festival House ~ 450 Churchill Ave N) on Tuesday, July 21 or Thursday, July 23 between 9 AM and 5 PM. Please use the front door and walk up to the third-floor reception.
Thursday, July 23 at 5 PM will be the last day our lost and found is open.
After this date and time, all IDs, credit/debit cards, keys, and jewelry will be delivered to the Ottawa Police Dept.
All other unclaimed items will be donated to Society of St. Vincent De Paul
