All ticket sales are final. We are not able to process upgrades or exchanges on purchased tickets.
Tickets are sold for the day and not just one artist! If you have a pass, plan on spending the evening with us where you get to see ALL acts playing on ALL stages.
We strongly recommend purchasing directly via our TICKET PURCHASE SITE. We are not responsible for any purchases made through unofficial or third-party sites, and we can't validate your pass purchased from a friend/neighbour/marketplace/somewhere else on the internet.
General admission (GA): gives you general admission access to the grounds (all acts, all stages).
Betty VIP Club: provides general admission access & access to the Betty VIP Club areas at 3 outdoor stages.
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa Platinum: provides exclusive access to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa Platinum Platform in the main bowl, "The Pit" & access to all areas listed above (GA + Betty VIP Club).
Coors Light Party Central: provides general admission access & access to the exclusive Coors Light Party Central 2-Level Platform in the main bowl.
Hospitality Suites: provides general admission access & access to your exclusive Hospitality Suite.

DAY PASSES: Single-day passes, (GA, Betty VIP Club, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa Platinum or Coors Light Party Central VIP) will be in the form of a Digital Print Pass and will arrive to your email on June 15, if previously purchased - And immediately when purchased after June 15. Passes come as PDF files and can be shown on your phone or printed out on paper to scan in at the Gates.
PICK-3 PASSES: Your 3 unique GA dates chosen at purchase will be programmed onto and arrive by mail on an RFID card. You will use this one card to scan in each day at the festival Gates.
FULL FESTIVAL (Shareable) PASSES: If you're planning on spending all 9 days with us, your Full Festival Pass (GA) will arrive by mail on 1 RFID card. You will use this one card to scan in each day at the festival Gates.
Betty VIP Club and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa Platinum Full Festival Passes come as 9 RFID cards, one for each day of the festival.
