All ticket sales are final. We are not able to process upgrades or exchanges on purchased tickets.
Tickets are NOT available for purchase at our office.
Tickets can be purchased in advance online through our official ticketing site, or at our onsite Box Office during the festival.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal online. Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit are not accepted for online purchases.
We strongly recommend purchasing directly via our TICKET PURCHASE SITE. We are not responsible for any purchases made through unofficial or third-party sites, and we can't validate your pass purchased from a friend/neighbour/marketplace/somewhere else on the internet.
Onsite Box Office (open during the festival only, on all festival days)
Ottawa Bluesfest is completely cashless for all purchases onsite including the Box Office. We accept all forms of digital payment including Interac, Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit/credit Tap and all major credit cards.
*Please note that we do not accept cash, personal cheques, money orders, etc. Service charges apply at all points of sale.
