TRANSIT
OC Transpo/Para Transpo and O-Train service is included in the cost of every festival admission pass! Ride transit to and from the festival, starting 3 hours before gates open until 2 hours after the gates close. Just show your pass to board. When boarding the O-Train, use the video chat function on ticket machines at O-Train stations to request access through the fare gate.
Para Transpo Drop Off: Southbound on Booth Street, next to the Museum between Vimy Place and the rear loading dock of the Museum.
BIKE
Yup! You can do this too. Ottawa Bluesfest actually has free supervised valet bike parking! Our Bike Park is located just steps away from the festival site. Hours of operation are 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM on each festival day.
In partnership with Bike Ottawa, you can relax and take in all the music while knowing your bike is safely stored at the Bike Park.
TAXI
NEW: the taxi stand is located at Lett St. and Wellington St. (eastbound). Signage will indicate the entrance to the queue. Google Maps link
DRIVE
For most patrons, this is not the best option. Please plan in advance if you intend to use this transportation option. Road closures occur at around 5 PM and public parking is not available at the War Museum.
SWIM?
Just kidding. Although we are located by the Ottawa River, we don't recommend this form of transportation due to rapids.
